COVID-19 Bulletin: If you feel ill, please postpone your visit. Temperature checks are performed upon entry to the clinic. A mask is required to enter the building. Only patients are allowed entry unless they are a parent accompanying a minor. Thank you for your cooperation.
We have strict protocol for sanitizing the clinic systematically and all staff and providers wear masks.
Insurance
For those with insurance, we can bill most major PPO plans and Medicare. Although we can check general eligibility for you when you upload your insurance card, the information available is limited. Please make sure you understand the details of your insurance plan, including your copay, co-insurance and deductible, prior to your visit by contacting your insurance carrier. You will be responsible for any outstanding charges after your insurance plan has paid their portion.

Self-pay fees are as follows:
- Medical Initial Consultation Fee: $170
- Medical Follow-up Fee: $150
- Cosmetic Initial Consultation Fee: $170
The self-pay $170 consultation fee can be fully credited toward Botox and filler consultations. Consultations for laser treatments for specific issues, such as moles, sunspots, and scars do incur the $170 consultation fee.
